1. Operational Health Audit (Manufacturing / Healthcare / Service)

A structured assessment of how your operation is actually running today—leadership, flow, maintenance, scheduling, KPIs, and financial impact. 2. Leadership Development & Supervisor Academy

A practical development program for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders. 3. Plant Performance Transformation Program

A 12–16+ week engagement to stabilize and improve plant performance. Typical focus areas include: daily management systems, flow and bottlenecks, OEE and scrap, maintenance practices, staffing and scheduling, and leadership routines. We work side-by-side with your leadership team to build an operating system that keeps working after the engagement ends.

4. Multi-Site Operational Excellence Program

For companies with multiple plants, clinics, or locations that need consistency and control. We develop standard ways of working, a common KPI framework, a maturity model, and a cadence for reviews and support. The goal is to raise the floor across all sites while still respecting local realities. Delivery can include site visits, remote reviews, and cross-site workshops.

5. Private Equity Due Diligence & Value Creation Support

Independent operational diligence for PE investors and portfolio companies. We assess capacity, reliability, leadership strength, execution risk, and practical EBITDA improvement potential—not just what’s in the deck. After close, we can support 100-day planning, operational turnarounds, and ongoing leadership coaching.
